It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Willie Harden Kinley, our beloved brother, who left peacefully on October 31, 2024. A celebration of Willie's life will be held on Friday, November 7, 2024, at 11 AM at Galilee Missionary Baptist Church, 6775 Old Hwy 20, Leighton, Alabama.
Willie Harden Kinley, our beloved brother, left peacefully on October 31, 2024. He was born on October 10, 1950, in Leighton Alabama, to the late Sadie M. Harden.
Willie was a hard worker who dedicated 28 years of his life as a custodian at Colbert County High School. Known for his friendly demeanor, he took great pride in ensuring the school was clean and welcoming to staff and students.
Willie is survived by his wife, Sadie Little; one daughter, Ashley Harden; one granddaughter, Treasure Nalls; one stepdaughter, Lisa Harden; close sisters: Annie (Willie) Davis, Mary (Willie) Alexander, Larita Little, and Edith Fann Clay. He is also survived by other siblings, brothers-in-law: Robert Lee (Lois) Goodwin, Charles Goodwin, Bobby Joe (Georgia) Goodwin, and Clark Ricks; and Caregivers, Anthony White and Kelvin Davis (nephew).
Willie was also adored by many nephews and nieces who brought happiness to his life. He will be remembered for his gentle spirit and will be missed by his loved ones.
