Trevor Jacobs Obituary

Trevor Cole Jacobs, age 25 passed on from his earthly life Nov. 19, 2024.

Trevor Cole is survived by his Mother, Janet Smith; Father, Chris Jacobs; Brothers, Tyler (Kayla) Nichols and Tanner Nichols; Grandparents, Melvin and Peggy Smith, Larry and Jewel Jacobs, and Jeanine Jacobs; Nephew, Milo Nichols; and niece, Bella Etie.

Trevor Cole was a 2018 CCHS Graduate.

A Memorial Service will be held 5pm Wednesday, Nov. 27th at Shady Grove Methodist Church, 7525 River RD, Muscle Shoals.
