Torita Faye Carroll

Ms. Carroll transitioned from her earthly home to her heavenly home on Friday, June 17, 2022 at Helen Keller Hospital in Sheffield, Alabama. We are asking that you please keep the Carroll Family in your prayers.

Miss Torita Faye Carroll was born April 8, 1973 in Sheffield, Alabama to Larry and Donna Carroll. Torita was the oldest of three children born of this union. Torita transitioned to her eternal home on June 17, 2022, at Helen Keller Hospital in Sheffield, Alabama.

 Torita accepted Christ at an early age and united with Everdale M.B. Church in Sheffield, Alabama, where she attended until her health declined.

 Torita attended Tuscumbia City Schools as a child and graduated from Deshler High School in 1992. Torita also attended Northwest Shoals Community College.

 Torita was employed by various companies throughout her life, but her favorite place was Sheffield Head Start where she was a substitute teacher. Torita loved helping the children learn and grow to get ready for the next level of their education.

 Torita loved GOD, she could often be heard praising the Lord throughout various services saying, “Thank You Lord”!  Torita loved serving in the church, singing and helping others. If you needed something from Torita, it was yours. Torita was a very loving, loyal, dependable, compassionate and giving person. One thing about Torita…. she LOVED TO SHOP!!!

 Torita was preceded in death by her paternal and maternal grandparents, Aunts, Uncles and other family members.

 Torita leaves to cherish her loving memories: One loving and devoted Daughter, Miss Claudia Carroll of Tuscumbia, Alabama; one spoiled Granddaughter, Ivylynn Clark of Tuscumbia, Alabama; one God Son, Brandon Minor AKA BJ of Tuscumbia, Alabama; a loving and devoted Father, Larry Carroll; a loving and devoted Mother, Donna Carroll; Two loving and devoted Brothers, Hosea (Toleta) Carroll of Muscle Shoals, Alabama and Aaron Carroll of Tuscumbia, Alabama; A loving and devoted Fiancé, Napoleon Ingram of Tuscumbia, Alabama; devoted Aunts, Uncles, Nieces, Nephews, Cousins and Friends.
