Timothy Shawn Madden

Timothy Shawn Madden was born on December 8, 1965, to the late Janie Mae Madden and Cliff Madden. He departed this earthly life on Friday, May 8, 2026, at North Alabama Medical Center in Florence, Alabama.

He worked at the University of Oklahoma as a custodian. He also worked at Madden Farms, where he continued to demonstrate the same strong work ethic and dedication that defined so much of his life. Beyond his employment, Timothy was well known and loved throughout the community.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Janie Mae Madden; and his grandparents, Ruby and Arlene Madden.

He leaves to cherish his memories:

his father, Cliff Madden; one son, Clifton Orr; two daughters, Cowanna Orr and Shenoa Harris; a bonus daughter, Talia Orr; four grandchildren; sisters, Clifford Dean Harris (a devoted caretaker), Evon Orr, JoAnn (Gordon) Johnson, Greta (Michael) Allen, Tracey (Bill) McClain, Lesley Cooper, Jennifer (Darius) Holden, Crystal Cal, Laquita Harris, Toccara (Terry) Jackson; brothers, David (Amanda) Steele and Reprobatus Bibbs; bonus sisters, Valerie Mitchell, Regina Mitchell, and Tamonica Garth; six aunts, Linda Sue Neloms, Christine Robinson, Laven Coffey, Lousie Madden, Inez Hampton, Veron King; one uncle, Jerry King; one great aunt, Evelyn Ricks; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
