Steve leaves to cherish his loving memory of an ex-wife, Donna Penn; 3 children and 2 step sons; 5 grandchildren; siblings, Julie Robinson, John Kemp (Donna), Mary Robinson (Randy) and Kathleen Davis; nieces and nephews.

Steve was an avid Cubs & Bears fan and loved Alabama football.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Lois Kemp and Johnnie Kemp; and an older brother, Jim Kemp.
