Ricky Lewis Thompson was born on December 23, 1968 in Florence Alabama to the late Ruth Inez Thompson and Willie Joseph Smith. He departed
this earthly life on September 4, 2022.
Ricky attended Bradshaw High School in Florence. Alabama. He enjoyed spending his free time listening to music, and being around his family and friends. Ricky was well known for his giving heart. He loved joking around with others.
Ricky is preceded in death by his father, Willie Smith, mother, Ruth Thompson, sister Brenda Thompson and niece Tytianna Thompson.
He leaves to Cherish his memories, one son: Domonique Guins, three daughters: Franchesa Wells, Trinity Thompson and Miracle Thompson.
one grandson Khyri Guins. five brothers: Richard Thompson (Tasha), Johnnie Thompson (Sonja), Willie Thompson (Aretha), Dexter Caldwell (Davala) and Derrick Simpson (Sabrina), two sisters: Sondra Ragland (Sonny) and Cynthia Bonds (Larry), devoted friend: Shawn Love and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
