O’neal Hayley was born on February 5, 1950 in Colbert County to the late Annie Goodwin Hayley and Morris Henry Hayley, brothers Leon Hayley, Hillard Little, Jerry D. Hayley.

He confessed his hope in Christ at an early age at St. James M.B. Church in Leighton AL.

He leaves to cherish his memories(4) daughters Marquitta Matthews (Bobby) Huntsville, Al; Regina Hayley,Huntsville, AL; Katisha Hayley, Huntsville,AL; Laticia Hayley, Atlanta, GA. 12 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren. Three brothers William Hayley (Sarah), Leighton, AL;Charles Hayley of Leighton, AL, Willie E. Hayley of Louisville, KY. Three sisters Ethylene Bledsoe (Thomas) of Leighton, AL,Edith Clay of Leighton, AL, Mary Coman (Houston, TX). A host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
