Mary Elizabeth Coleman

Mary Elizabeth Coleman, a cherished soul known for her loving nature and warm heart, passed away peacefully on January 4, 2025, at North Alabama Medical Center in Florence, Alabama. She was born in Tuscumbia, Alabama, on May 22, 1957, to Lula Ellen Trotter.

An avid fisherwoman, Mary found serenity by the water's edge, rod in hand, and heart full of patience. Her love for fishing was only surpassed by the immense joy she derived from spending time with her family and friends.

She leaves to cherish her memories:

her loving children, Tamika Johnson), TAC Johnson, and Corey Johnson, and Quetta Johnson; brothers, Ruben Trotter, Horace Ellis Trotter, and Timothy Trotter; sisters, Ruby Jewel Hogan, Dorthy Jean Trotter, Brenda Trotter, and the late Vickie McDade; and a host of loving grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
