Mr. Joseph Lee Byrd, was born October 6, 1958, to the late Mrs. Ollie Mae Gunn Byrd and Mr. Lewis Edward Byrd. He departed this life May 23, 2023, at his residence in Florence, Alabama. He was a native of Tuscumbia, Alabama.
Joseph Byrd was preceded in death by: his parents, Mrs. Ollie Mae Gunn Byrd and Mr. Lewis Edward Byrd; his sister, Lucille Byrd Phillips; his brother, Ed Henry Byrd.
He leaves to Cherish his memories: one son, Joseph Alexander Byrd; siblings: Marcella Byrd, Florra Byrd Seay both of Sheffield, Alabama;
Lewis Edward (Maggie) Byrd, Jr. of Florence, Alabama; Joel Byrd of Sheffield, Alabama; Randy Byrd of Florence, Alabama; Chester Ray Byrd of Huntsville, Alabama; sister-in-law, Darel Byrd of Town Creek, Alabama; his beautiful granddaughters and grandsons; nieces, nephews, cousins, and other relatives and friends; his bestfriend/sister-in-Christ/caretaker: Leslie and Ken Rager of Florence, Alabama.
