Mr. Jerry Neal Hall was born on February 6, 1952, in Moulton, Alabama, to the late Mr. J.C. Hall and Mrs. Mary Helen Hall. He departed this life on Wednesday, August 18, 2021, at Helen Keller Hospital in Sheffield, Alabama.
Mr. Jerry N. Hall was joined in holy matrimony to Sandra F. Long on December 20, 1974.
Mr. Jerry N. Hall graduate from Colbert County High School in 1972. He worked at the General Gunite, Tinga Nursery, Sheffield Stove Foundry, and the New York Laborer Union. He retired from the Massachusetts Laborer Union. Mr. Jerry N. Hall confessed Christ at an early age and was a member of First Missionary Baptist Church in Muscle Shoals, Alabama. He later joined Calvary Missionary Baptist Church in Sheffield, Alabama. Jerry had a passion for cooking, gardening, wood carving, volunteering at homeless shelters, singing, and landscaping. Whenever you called him, he was there. He loved his family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his Father, Mr. J.C. Hall and Mother, Mrs. Mary Helen Hall. Sister: Mrs. Clementine Davis; Four Brothers: Mr. Mack Hall, Mr. Napoleon Hall, Mr. Kinners Hall, and Mr. Raymond Hall; Four Aunts: Mrs. Lucille Hall, Mrs. Adele Hall Wright, Mrs. Isabell Owens, Mrs. Gemini Lee; Six Uncles: Mr. Dave McDaniel, Mr. Timothy Hall, Mr. Earnest Hall, Mr. Alvin Lee, Mr. Austin Owens, Mr. Willie Shingleton, Jr.; One Sister-in-law: Mrs. Martha Hall.
Mr. Jerry N. Hall leaves behind to cherish his memories: One Daughter: Shivoris Hicks of Leighton, Alabama. Four Sons: Carlos Long (Mitizi Jones) of Decatur, Alabama; Brad Harden of Birmingham, Alabama; Marcus Hall of Sheffield, Alabama and Justin Hall of Muscle Shoals, Alabama. Three Brothers: Mr. Bobby (Mary) Hall of Courtland, Alabama; Mr. Fred (Deborah) Hall of Cincinnati, Ohio, and Mr. Randy Harden of Leighton, Alabama. One Sister: Yterra Jarmon of Tuscumbia, Alabama; 18 Grandchildren, 3 Great Grandchildren, and a host of Nieces, Nephews, Cousins, Other Relatives, and friends.
