Jane Margaret (Baker) Davis

Jane Baker Davis was born on April 25, 1942, to the late Willie Baker and Armaida Johnson. She departed this life on Wednesday June 29, 2022, at Helen Keller Hospital Sheffield, Alabama.

She accepted Christ at Mount Zion #3 C.M.E. Church in Limekiln, Alabama. She later joined Cherokee C.M.E. Church.

Jane was employed with Ford Motor Company, KD Metal and later Park Place.

Jane was preceded in death by her Husband, Sam Davis, Brothers Melvin Baker, Henry
Baker Sr., and Olden Lee Johnson, sisters: Lottie Johnson and Nancy Thompson.
 

Jane is survived by her sons: Wallace Holiday, Michael Davis (Kathy), Christopher
Davis (Gail), Maurice Davis (Lori), Fabian Davis, and Jerred Davis, daughters:
Terrie Metcalf, Juan Burgess (Walter) and Falon Davis, a special granddaughter
she raised as her own. Brothers Robert Johnson (Mary) and Homer Johnson. A
host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
