Gaysie Mae (Pritchard) Southard

Mrs. Gaysie Mae Southard was born on January 11th, 1950, to the late Daisy Pritchard Dewberry. She went home with her loving God on Tuesday, October 31st, 2023.

Her husband, Floyd Southard, and brothers Homer Pritchard and Will Pritchard. Sisters Florence Pritchard and Jean Nalls proceeded her in death.

Gaysie accepted Christ at an early age. She was the backbone of her family. She was a constant foundation to her family. She was always willing to help when needed. She gave the best advice, regardless if you wanted to hear it or not, Gaysie was going to tell you the real deal. She was loving and truly had a heart of gold.

She leaves to cherish her memory of her devoted and loving sons, Sandy (Sanda), Ben, Will, and Melvin (Lethesia) Southard. The little girl she always wanted, her granddaughter Navi LeNoir Southard. Five Sisters: Daisy (Walter) Doss, Betty Pritchard, Natasha Nalls, Teresa Nalls and Elanie Robinson. Four Brothers: Arthur (Beatrice) Prickett, Melvin (Brenda) Pritchard, Ben Nalls and Kenneth Nalls. Three sisters-in-law: Luvenia (George) Powell, Linda Pritchard, and Laverna Pritchard. Four brothers-in-law: Houston (Earnestine) Southard, Wilmer (Glorastine) Southard, Wendell (Lanell) Southard, Billy Southard, and James (Gwen) Southard. Special friend Sam Long. A host of nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
