Obituary

Frances Laverne Walker was born on July 28, 1948, to the late George and Louise Shephard.

Frances was educated and attended Trenholm High School in Tuscumbia, AL

Frances became a member of First Baptist of Tuscumbia AL and accepted Christ at an early age.

Frances was employed by the U.S. Post Office in Chicago, IL.

Frances was proceeded in death by her father George Shephard, her mother Louise Shephard, and her husband James Walker, two brothers; William T. Dent and James Shephard.

Frances was loved by so many and leaves to cherish her memories: One faithful sister; Mattie Lewis. Her son, Byron Shephard; Her daughter, LaQuita Mitchell; Four grandsons; Byron (Brittany) Moss, LaBarron (Tara) Morris, Corey Stevenson, and Cameron Jones. One special grandson Justin Cole. Great Grandchildren; Aneriya Moss and Za' Nyah Cole Frost. A special niece; Georgetta Pender. A host of nieces, nephews, cousins, family, and friends.
