Ernest Lee Jones, Jr. was born to Bessie Williams and the Late Ernest Jones, Sr. on November 16, 1978. He departed this life on Thursday, May 5, 2022, at Helen Keller Hospital in Sheffield, Alabama.

He leaves to cherish his memories: his mother, Bessie Williams of Russellville, AL; four children; Jaelynne Jones, Tyree Jones, Blake Jones, and Mattlyn Jones; mothers of his children, Lorrie Reedy, Latonya Burgess, and Brandi Jones; his siblings, Reneta Jones, Frederick Acklin, Jamiel Acklin, and Chris Acklin; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family, and friends.
