David Obrian Gholston

David Obrian Gholston was born November 11, 1973 to the late Obie Diah Gholston and the late Rosie Lee Gholston.  He departed this on May 3, 2024 at North Alabama Medical Center.

He was employed by Mcdonald's and Krystal's in their Muscle Shoals Locations.  He was a faithful and honest worker.  He was friendly and always willing to help anyone in need.  His smile would warm your heart.

He is proceeded in death by his wife: Bertha Gholston; two sons: DeShawn Gholston and Devon Gholston. 
 

He leaves to cherish his memories:

Two sisters: Melanie Gholston of Sheffield, Alabama and Valerie Smith (Lance Woods) of Tuscumbia, Alabama; A neice: Sh-nia Rena Huges of Sheffield, Alabama; Two Nephews: JaMarian Acklin and DeAndre Acklin of Tuscumbia, Alabama; Uncles: the late Mack McCullough (Clara McCullough), Bryce McCullough, the late Eddie Lee Smith of Muscle Shoals, Alabama, Jerry Smith of Chicago, Illinois, the late Thomas Smith and Billie Smith both of Muscle Shoals, Alabama; 
Aunts: Nellie Warren, Mary Suggs, Lindie Gholston, Mary Gholston all of Russellville, Alabama, Ann T. McCulloch, Vinson Smith, Mattie Russell all of Muscle Shoals, Alabama, Ida Suggs of Sheffield, Alabama, Mary Smith and Helen Dixon both of Chicago, Illinois.  and a host of relatives and friends.
