Betty Louise Davis was born on September 21, 1972, to the late Francis Davis and Jerry Littleton, Sr. of Florence, Alabama. She departed this life on Thursday, August 1, 2024.
Betty accepted Jesus Christ as her Savior at an early age and faithfully attended Oak Grove AME Church for many years. She recently united with Greater St. Paul AME Church, where she remained faithful until God called her from labor to reward.
Betty Graduated from Bradshaw High School in Florence, AL and attended Arc of the Shoals. She was very well known in the community; volunteering throughout the Tri-Cities. She was a lover of books and spending time daily at the Florence Lauderdale Public Library.
Betty was preceded in death by her sister, Tonya Littleton; brothers, Jerry Littleton Jr., and James Edward Littleton.
She leaves to cherish her in memories:
her brother, Calvin Davis of Delphos, OH; sisters, Tina Draper of Tuscumbia, AL, Pam Littleton, and Sabrina Littleton, both of Florence, AL; 21 nieces & nephews, 41 great nieces & nephews, and 1 great-great niece; aunts, Rev. Sandra Anderson of Calera, AL, Janice Andrews, Rhoda Evans, both of Florence, AL, Rosa (Edgar) Esmeria of Decatur, AL, and Brenda Gatewood of Lima, OH; uncles, Ernest Davis, Edward Davis, and Walter Davis of Florence, AL; and a host of cousins and a multitude of friends.
