Annette Marshall was born May 10, 1940 to the late George “Jabo” Marshall and Alma Mayes Bates Marshall. She departed this life Monday, June 17, 2019 at Helen Keller Hospital.
She confessed Christ at an early age and joined Galilee Missionary Baptist Church, Leighton, AL., where she attended faithfully until her health failed.
Annette was proceeded in death by her parents, four sisters: Alma Mae Robertson Marshall, Della Pearl (Marshall) Ricks, Mattie Lucille Marshall Wilks and Laura Mae McClain, three brothers: Luthman Marshall, Willie Roy Marshall and Andrew James (Wolf) Marshall.

If there were any altercations she would intervene and become the peacemaker among the arguments and disagreements. She would sit and listen to the teachings, singings and preaching on the radio every Sunday.
She leaves to cherish her memories: four children whom she loved dearly: Debbie King (Kelvin), Gina Marshall Davidson, Kathleen Marshall Miller and Christopher (Chris) Marshall, two sisters: Shirley Marshall Muldrew and Helen Marshall of St. Louis, MO, two brothers: Alexander Marshall and Thomas Marshall of Tuscumbia, AL, one aunt, Haley Mae Bates of Sheffield, AL, eleven grandchildren, fifteen great grandchild, two God Children: Yevette Rowlett and Karen Mastin, a devoted sister in law, Clemetine Allen Marshall, cousin, Sigglee Abernathy, a friend, Letha Bell Ford and a special daughter, Lashawn Marshall and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
